Dear Friends,
It is with an abundance of caution and care for our community at NCC that we are following the recommendations of our SNEUCC conference staff and will be canceling our in-person worship services, meetings and church sponsored activities for the next two weeks. We will offer a worship service at our regular time through Facebook Live on our church Facebook Page. If you do not already follow the church page, it is North Congregational Church UCC, Middleborough MA.

We will send out more information regarding this ever-evolving situation with the Coronavirus. Please be safe and follow the recommendations provided by the CDC. Reach out and check in with your neighbors by phone, wash your hands, and let us know if there are needs among the community we can respond to.

The new member joining and baptisms scheduled for this week March 15 will be rescheduled for as soon as possible. We will be taking this challenge  a week at a time and will send out an update next week. As you know I can always be contacted by email, or by phone 508-789-7957 if you have an urgent need.

We are an
Open and Affirming
congregation of the
United Church of Christ.
We, the congregation of the North Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, declare ourselves to be Open and Affirming.  With God’s grace, we seek to be a congregation that welcomes all persons, embracing differences of sexual orientation, gender, marital status, age, mental and physical ability, as well as racial, ethnic, or socioeconomic background.  We welcome all to share in the life and leadership, ministry, and fellowship, worship, sacraments, responsibilities and blessing of participation in our congregation.         (Voted:  2007, Reaffirmed:  June 8, 2014)

for your business meeting,
social gathering or special event?
Please call 774-776-0055 for more Information or for available dates.

We believe that no matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here. We believe that Jesus’ ministry was about welcoming and accepting all, including the unlovable and marginalized in his day, and so with him as our guide we welcome all with open hearts and open arms.

We are a community of spiritual seekers from diverse backgrounds and faith traditions who gather for worship and teaching. Through scripture, prayer, praise, preaching, and song we seek to be transformed into new and faithful people, God’s people. Our desire to learn and grow doesn’t end with worship so we engage in other opportunities for spiritual growth.

We are a Christ-Centered church. We worship God as our Creator, Jesus as our Redeemer and the Holy Spirit as our Sustainer. We seek to live out and witness the lessons and teachings of Jesus Christ as we reach out and care for others in love. We believe it is our duty as compassionate Christians to share the good news of God’s unconditional love and transforming power. We do this through the many individual and collective missions and ministries of North Congregational Church.

We're striving to become a more green church!
